Every agent out there will tell you that they put their clients first -- they should -- they work for you. In North Carolina if you don't have a buyers agency agreement then every broker out there is a sub-agent of the seller. This is a "buyer beware" state. So be sure that you hold your confidential information to yourself before devulging it to anyone that doesn't represent your interests first. That's what I do! Even though it is an agreement between myself and the buyer, the buyer's interests are protected. I handle all the documentation and manage the buying process so you don't have to. I've been working with Buyers and Sellers for many years in Craven, Carteret and Pamlico County in Eastern North Carolina.
